The Trainer
Jonathan Roddis is an experienced psychotherapist who has worked extensively with families, children and adults. He has trained over 250 therapists in working with sandtray throughout the UK. He is a clinical supervisor and has over 10,000 clinical hours of experience. He is a former director of a counselling centre and has worked in therapeutic and senior roles in a Children's home, Victim Support, a Children's centre and the NHS. He is a former lecturer for Masters and Degree counselling Programmes specialising in creative interventions. He is well regarded for his lively and engaging training style. In his spare time he enjoys singing, dancing and being outdoors. Jonathan is passionate about sandtrays ability to support clients with a variety of issues such as trauma, relationships, decisions, life transitions, loss, depression and anxiety.
Jonathan has delivered this training to organisations such as Sue Lambert Trust, Bedfordshire Open door, Buckinghamshire NHS mental health trust, Victim Support and Footsteps bereavement care.
